FAQ
-
How close to the ground can the mower mow?
The grass height achieved by each of our machines varies, as they all come with adjustable settings. Our aim is to bring the grass down to the lowest possible level from a neglected height.
-
The ground is soft and wet, is this a problem?
Not at all. As our tracks have quite a large ‘footprint’-to-weight ratio, our machines are very capable on soft ground. In particular, our compact tractor has as dual wheel kit, we are able to work in conditions standard lawn mowers can’t.
-
How much does it cost to mow?
Every job varies, we recommend you to book in a free no obligation quotation. We visit the site and check the terrain, the material we are cutting and the height. It all depends on the site itself.
-
Do you service out of Auckland?
Yes, of course we do. We do add on a travel fee which varies per location. This will be explained in your free quotation, we don’t have any hidden costs.
-
We have sheep in our paddock. Can you mow around them?
For safety reasons, we do ask if you can move any stock into the nearest paddock while we mow prior to commencing work. If you do have stock, let us know beforehand or during your free consultation.
-
What if there is rocks, tree stumps or wire within the vegetation?
We do need all hidden objects such as rocks, tree stumps, wire removed from the area before commencing. If there are things that cannot be removed such as pipings, let us know and we will be sure to take note and avoid this.
